Platform Terms

1. Agreement scope
These terms govern your use of Tamga platform features, including account access, booking interfaces, and customer profile tools.

2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal service operation.

4. Third-party tenant services
Services, offers, and bonus rules are provided by individual tenants. Tamga provides platform infrastructure and may not be the direct service provider.

5. Data processing
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Notice and applicable law, including Thailand PDPA where relevant.

6. Service changes
We may update platform features or these terms from time to time. Continued use after effective date means acceptance of updated terms.
